Nicole has always had a passion for creating unique, out-of-the-box cakes and desserts. Graduating with a B.S. in Baking and Pastry Arts, she became a professional pastry chef more than 15 years ago. She then spent years in hotels and restaurants creating plated desserts throughout California and honing her craft.
But as she says, “when I think about my pastry career, cakes were always in the back of my head. It’s what started my passion.” And so Nicole Bakes Cakes was established.
As her reputation has grown, so too have the designs and types of desserts that she has worked on. For Nicole, it’s about the care and attention to detail that she puts into every creation to make it something magical and that will create a memory that will last forever.
